Solving Curve Memory & Adhesion Challenges on Liquid Injectables

Labeling small-diameter pharmaceutical glass containers (such as 1ml–5ml ampoules, 2R–10R vaccine vials, and ophthalmic droppers) presents severe mechanical challenges. High face-stock stiffness causes label edges to spring open (known as "label flagging"), risking carton jams and lost regulatory batch identification.

1. Tight Curve-Conformable Face-Stocks

We formulate specialized semi-gloss papers and pliable polypropylene (BOPP) films with low bending stiffness and high flexibility. These materials wrap tightly around radii as small as 7 mm without memory rebound.

2. Deep-Freeze (-80°C) Cold-Chain Adhesives

Biological medications, mRNA therapies, and vaccines are stored in cryogenic and ultra-low temperature freezers (-20°C to -80°C). Our medical-grade acrylic adhesives maintain high cohesion and peel strength under deep-freeze conditions without crystallizing or peeling.
